Refund and Return Policy
At worldcomputer.co.in, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of refurbished and pre-owned electronics, our refund and return policy is designed to protect both the customer and our business from misuse.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on our platform are final. We do not offer refunds on any refurbished or used laptops once the order is placed and processed. Customers are expected to read all product descriptions, specifications, and terms before placing an order.
Refunds will not be issued for:
1) Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
2) Performance not meeting expectations due to unrealistic comparisons with new devices.
3) Software issues that can be resolved remotely or by reinstallation.
4) Minor cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or wear typical of used products.
5) Battery backup variations within acceptable limits (2+ hours).
2. Return Policy – Limited Acceptance
Returns are accepted only under the following strict conditions:
a) The product received is completely non-functional (dead on arrival).
b) A different model or specification was sent (e.g., wrong processor, size, or brand).
c) The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, with unboxing video proof.
Returns will not be accepted if:
a) The product was tampered with, opened, or altered in any way after delivery.
b) There is a complaint about performance issues which fall under normal refurbished standards.
c) Original invoice, packaging, or accessories are missing or damaged.

3. Return Process
If you meet the return conditions:
1. Send an email to purchase@worldcomputers.co.in with your order ID, a detailed explanation, and unboxing video/images within 24 hours.
2. Our support team will validate the claim.
3. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping is at the **customer’s expense** unless we shipped the wrong item.
4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm if the return is valid. If the claim is invalid, the product will be returned back to you at your cost.
4. Repair/Replacement
If a returned product is verified faulty and eligible for a return, we will: Attempt to repair
1) If repair is not possible, offer a replacement of similar or equal value, based on stock availability.
2) Refunds are offered only if neither repair nor replacement is feasible — and that too after deducting applicable charges like shipping, testing, and restocking (minimum 25% deduction).
